Part A. About these Terms
1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and Art Grafy (“we”, “us”, “our”). They apply to every visit to and use of www.artgrafy.com and its subdomains (“the Website”), and to every invitation, Save the Date, custom invitation website or related service you order from us (“the Service”), whether you order on the Website, on WhatsApp, by email, by phone or in person.
These Terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, and do not need a physical or digital signature. You accept them, and a binding contract is formed, when you do any of the following: tick the “I agree” box at checkout, make any payment to us, send us your details for an Invitation, accept a quotation by message or email, or share an Invitation we made for you.
When you accept, we record the date, time, IP address and version of these Terms. You agree that this record, together with our order records and our WhatsApp and email conversations with you, is valid evidence of your acceptance and of the instructions you gave us.
2. Documents that form the agreement
The agreement between you and us is made up of:
- these Terms;
- our Privacy Policy;
- our Refund & Cancellation Policy;
- the plan details shown on our Plans page when you ordered; and
- for Custom Invitations, the quotation we sent you and any written changes agreed after it.
If these documents disagree, the quotation applies first for that order, then the Refund & Cancellation Policy, then these Terms, then the Plans page.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order.
- If you order on behalf of someone else (for example for your son, daughter, sibling, friend or a client), you confirm that you have their permission, that you accept these Terms for them, and that you are responsible for payment and for the details provided.
- If you order on behalf of a business (for example an event planner or wedding agency), you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
4. Who we are
Art Grafy, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Email: hiartgrafy@gmail.com · Phone / WhatsApp: +91 9875083317.
5. Words used in these Terms
- Invitation means any digital web invitation, Save the Date page, invitation website, PDF, image or other digital item we design and/or host for you.
- Template Invitation means an Invitation based on a design shown in our catalogue, personalised with your details.
- Custom Invitation means an Invitation designed and built specially for your event on the basis of a quotation.
- Host, Customer or you means the person who places the order or on whose behalf it is placed.
- Guest means any person who receives, opens or replies to an Invitation.
- Manage link means the private link we give you to send details, follow RSVPs and request changes.
- Your Content means the names, wording, photos, videos, music, logos, details and other material you or anyone on your behalf sends us.
- Event date means the date of the last function listed on your Invitation.
- Delivery means the first time we send you the link, preview, file or screenshot of your Invitation for review.
- Working day means any day other than a Sunday or a public holiday in India.
- In writing includes WhatsApp messages and emails.
Part B. Our Service
6. What we provide
We design and host personalised, mobile friendly digital invitations for weddings, engagements, receptions, Save the Dates and other celebrations. Our team does the design work for you. Depending on your plan or quotation, an Invitation can include:
- names, family details, wording, events, dates, times and venues with Google Maps directions;
- opening effects such as an envelope, scratch card or animated reveal, a live countdown, photo gallery, background music and an “add to calendar” option;
- an RSVP form, with replies shown in your Manage link or, for some Custom Invitations, collected in a Google Sheet;
- separate versions for the bride’s side and the groom’s side, or for different functions and guest lists;
- a PDF or image copy of the Invitation, where included in your plan or quotation.
7. What is included and what is not
The exact features, number of events, photos, versions, revision rounds and delivery time for each plan are shown on our Plans page at the time you order. For Custom Invitations they are listed in your quotation. Anything not listed there is not included unless we agree to it in writing. Unless expressly included, the Service does not include:
- printing, physical cards, courier or postage;
- sending the Invitation to your Guests on your behalf;
- buying or renewing your own domain name;
- video editing, professional photography or photo shoots;
- translation of your wording into another language (you may write wording in any language and script; you are responsible for its accuracy);
- source code, design files or editable files;
- managing your guest list, seating, catering or any other part of your event.
8. Demos, samples and previews
Live demos, samples, screenshots and videos on the Website and our social media show the style of a design. Your Invitation will use your own names, wording, photos and events, so its colours, fonts, spacing, image positions and length may differ from the demo. Colours may look different on different screens. Small differences of this kind are not a defect and are not grounds for a refund.
9. How designs are made
Our designers create Invitations using professional design software, licensed artwork, fonts and music, and in some cases digital tools, including AI assisted tools, to prepare backgrounds, illustrations or edits. Custom illustrations or portraits made from your photos are artistic interpretations. We will refine them within your revision rounds, but they will not be an exact photographic likeness, and personal opinion about artistic style is not grounds for a refund once the design has been delivered.
10. Our invitations are only web links
Our Invitations are always web pages that open in a browser, or PDF or image files. We never send Invitations as APK files, apps or downloads that ask for permissions, and we never ask Guests for OTPs, bank details, passwords or payments. If anyone receives a message claiming to be an invitation from us that asks them to install an app or share such details, it is not from us, and they should not open it. We are not responsible for fake messages or files sent by other people in our name, and we will cooperate with the authorities to report them.
Part C. Orders
11. Ordering a Template Invitation
- Choose a design and open its live demo.
- Choose a plan and any add ons, enter your contact details and accept these Terms.
- Complete payment.
- Send us your details through your Manage link or on WhatsApp.
- We design your Invitation, you review it and request changes, and you share it with your Guests.
Your order is confirmed only when we receive full payment. We may refuse any order for a lawful reason, for example if the content breaks these Terms, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot deliver in the time you need. If we refuse an order after payment, we refund the full amount.
12. Ordering a Custom Invitation
- We discuss your ideas and send you a quotation describing the design, features, versions, revision rounds, delivery time and price. A quotation is valid for 7 days unless it says otherwise.
- Work starts only after you accept the quotation in writing and pay the advance shown in it. The advance reserves our design time for your project.
- Unless the quotation says otherwise, the balance must be paid before the Invitation goes live, before the final link is shared with you for sending, and before any files are handed over.
- Requests beyond the agreed quotation (new sections, extra versions, new features, more photos, a change of concept) are additional work. We will quote them separately, and they may change the delivery date.
13. Accuracy of your order
You are responsible for choosing the right design, plan and add ons, and for giving us a correct WhatsApp number and email address. Please read the plan details before paying. Choosing the wrong plan is not grounds for a refund, but you can upgrade by paying the difference.
Part D. Prices and payment
14. Prices
- Prices are set in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A tax invoice is available on request where applicable.
- We may change prices, plans and features on the Website at any time. Changes do not affect orders already paid for.
- If a price is shown wrongly because of an obvious technical or typing error, we are not bound to it. We will contact you and you may either pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
- Discount and coupon codes cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, apply only to new orders and may be withdrawn at any time before an order is placed.
15. International customers and currencies
- For visitors outside India, the Website may show prices in another currency (such as USD, GBP, EUR, AED, AUD, CAD or SGD). These amounts are converted from the Rupee price at current exchange rates for your convenience.
- Where we can charge in your currency, the amount shown on the payment page is the amount charged. Otherwise you are charged in Rupees and your bank converts it at its own rate.
- Currency conversion charges, foreign transaction fees, international card fees and bank charges made by your bank or card provider are your responsibility and are not refundable by us.
- Any refund is made in the currency and amount we actually received. Differences caused by exchange rate changes between payment and refund are not our responsibility.
- You are responsible for any import duty, tax or levy that applies to you in your own country.
16. How you can pay
- Payment is made in advance by UPI, debit or credit card, netbanking, wallet or international card through our payment partner (Razorpay), by scanning our UPI QR code, or by bank transfer arranged with us on WhatsApp.
- Online payments are processed by the payment partner under its own terms. Card, UPI PIN and bank login details go directly to the payment partner. We never see or store them, and we will never ask you for an OTP, PIN or password.
- For UPI QR and bank transfers, please send us the transaction reference or a screenshot. Your order is confirmed once the money reaches our account.
- Only pay to the payment methods shown on the Website or sent from our official number +91 9875083317. We are not responsible for money paid to any other account, number or person.
17. Failed, duplicate and reversed payments
- If money is deducted but the payment fails, it is normally returned to you automatically by your bank or the payment partner. We will help you with the payment reference if needed.
- If you are charged twice for the same order by mistake, we refund the duplicate payment once it is confirmed in our account.
- If a payment is reversed, cancelled or charged back, we may pause or take down the Invitation until the amount is paid again.
18. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you have any concern about a payment or the Service, you agree to contact us first and give us at least 7 working days to resolve it before raising a chargeback or dispute with your bank, card issuer or payment app. If a chargeback or dispute is raised, you agree that we may share with the bank, payment partner or any authority the records needed to respond, including your acceptance of these Terms, your order and payment details, your instructions and approvals, our WhatsApp and email conversations with you, delivery records and visit and RSVP logs for your Invitation. A chargeback raised for an Invitation that was delivered as ordered may be treated as a breach of these Terms, and we may recover the amount and reasonable costs of the dispute.
Part E. Your details, delivery and approval
19. Sending your details
- Please send all your details together, complete and final, in good time before you want to share the Invitation. We recommend at least 7 days before you plan to send it, and more for Custom Invitations.
- Photos should be clear and in good quality. We can only work with what you send; low quality photos may look low quality on the Invitation.
- You must check the spelling of names and the accuracy of every date, time, venue, address, map location and phone number before you send them.
20. Delivery times
- Delivery times depend on your plan and are shown on the Plans page (for example “ready in 48 hours”), or in your quotation for Custom Invitations.
- Delivery time starts once we have received all of your details, not from the payment date, and is counted in working hours or working days unless stated otherwise.
- Express delivery, when purchased, applies only to orders whose complete details reach us before the stated cut off time.
- Delivery times are our best estimate and are not guaranteed, except for the express delivery fee refund described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- We deliver by sending a link, preview, file or screenshot by WhatsApp and/or email to the contact details you gave us. Delivery is complete when we send it, whether or not you open it.
21. Delays caused by you
- Delays caused by late or incomplete details, slow feedback, unclear instructions or changes of mind move the delivery date by at least the same amount of time.
- If we do not hear from you for 30 days while we are waiting for your details, feedback or payment, we may put your order on hold.
- If there is still no reply after 90 days, or once your Event date has passed, the order may be closed and treated as completed, and no refund is due.
22. Checking and approving your Invitation
Before you share your Invitation, you must check every detail carefully: spellings of names, dates, days, times, venue names, addresses, map locations, phone numbers and wording in every language, and test the link on your own phone. You are responsible for approving these details.
Your Invitation is treated as approved and accepted when any of the following happens first: you tell us in writing that it is fine or final, you share the link or file with any Guest, or 7 days pass after Delivery without you reporting a problem. After approval, we are still happy to correct mistakes free of charge until your Event date, but we are not responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by details you approved or sent to us incorrectly.
23. Revisions and changes
- Each plan includes a number of design revision rounds, shown on the Plans page or in your quotation. One round is one set of changes sent to us together. Changes sent in several separate messages may count as several rounds.
- Updating information (names, dates, times, venues, wording, photos) is free until your Event date and does not use a revision round.
- Additional design revision rounds beyond your plan can be purchased as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. You can also upgrade your plan by paying the difference.
- Changing to a completely different design or concept after work has started counts as a new order.
- We usually make information changes within one working day. Changes requested on the Event date itself, at night, or on Sundays and public holidays are made on a best effort basis.
- We may decline changes that would break the design, slow the Invitation down, or break these Terms.
24. Reporting a problem
If something in your Invitation does not work as described, please tell us in writing as soon as possible, and in any case within 7 days of Delivery or of noticing the problem, with a screenshot and the phone model and browser used. We will investigate and fix any fault on our side free of charge. A problem caused by a Guest’s device, network, settings or app, or by a third party service, is not a fault in the Invitation.
Part F. Cancellations and refunds
25. Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In summary: you can cancel for a full refund if we have not yet started designing and it is within 7 days of your order; once design work has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded, and instead we keep working with you within your revision rounds. Because every Invitation is a personalised digital product made specially for you, it cannot be returned once work has started.
26. Custom Invitations
For Custom Invitations, the advance covers design time reserved and work already started, and is not refundable once work has begun, unless your quotation says otherwise or we are unable to deliver. If you cancel a Custom Invitation after work has started, any amount paid for work already done is not refundable and any unpaid amount for work already done becomes due.
27. When a refund is not due
To the extent permitted by law, a refund is not due if:
- the Invitation was delivered as described in your plan or quotation;
- you have changed your mind, found another provider, or no longer need the Invitation, after design work has started;
- your event is postponed, cancelled or changed (we will update your Invitation free of charge instead);
- the problem is caused by incorrect details you provided or approved;
- the problem is caused by a Guest’s device, network, app or settings, or by a third party service;
- you did not reply, send details or approve within the time limits in section 21;
- the Invitation was removed because you broke these Terms.
Part G. Your content and responsibilities
28. Your Content
- You are solely responsible for Your Content. You confirm that you own it or have all the permissions needed to use it, and that it is true, accurate and lawful.
- You give us a non exclusive, royalty free permission to copy, store, crop, resize, compress, retouch, arrange, host and display Your Content as needed to create, host, support and showcase your Invitation as described in these Terms.
- Please keep your own copies of Your Content. We are not a backup or storage service for your photos or files.
29. Photos of people and children
You confirm that every person shown in the photos you send (and the parent or guardian of any child shown) agrees to their photo appearing on the Invitation. We will remove any photo if the person in it, or their parent or guardian, asks us to.
30. Music, fonts and other copyright
- If you ask us to use a particular song, video, logo, character or other material, you are responsible for having the right to use it, and you accept any claim that arises from it.
- We may suggest royalty free or licensed music instead, and we may replace or remove any material if we receive a copyright complaint or believe it may infringe someone’s rights.
- Fonts, music, artwork and stock images that we supply are licensed for use within your Invitation only and may not be extracted or reused.
31. Prohibited content and use
You must not ask us to create, and must not use our Service or any Invitation to share, any content that:
- belongs to another person and to which you have no right;
- is obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another’s privacy, insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, or racially or ethnically objectionable;
- is harmful to children, or relates to or encourages money laundering, gambling or any unlawful activity;
- promotes hatred, violence or enmity between groups, or insults any religion, caste or community;
- infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary right;
- deceives or misleads, or knowingly communicates false information, including an invitation to an event that does not exist;
- impersonates another person, or uses another person’s name or photos without permission;
- threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order;
- contains viruses, malicious code or links to harmful websites;
- is used for spam, phishing, fraud, collecting money from Guests under false pretences, or collecting Guests’ personal data for any purpose other than your event;
- breaks any law in force in India or in the country where you or your Guests are.
You must not copy, scrape, frame, reverse engineer, overload or try to break the security of the Website or any Invitation. If you break this section, we may refuse the order, remove the content or the Invitation immediately without a refund, and report the matter to the authorities where required by law.
32. Guest messages and blessings
Guests can post RSVPs, blessings and messages on some Invitations. These are written by the Guests, not by us, and we do not check them before they appear. As the Host, you can hide messages from the public wishes wall at any time through your Manage link or by asking us. We will remove any message that breaks these Terms or the law when we become aware of it.
33. Keeping your Manage link safe
Your Manage link works like a password. Anyone who has it can see your RSVPs and request changes. Please do not share it, and tell us immediately if you think someone else has it, so we can give you a new one. We are not responsible for changes or data access made through your Manage link by someone you shared it with.
34. Sharing your Invitation
- Invitation pages are hidden from search engines, but anyone who has the link can open it. You decide who receives the link, and you are responsible for sharing it only with the people you invite.
- Guests may forward the link to others. We cannot control this, and we are not responsible for uninvited people opening or attending.
- You are responsible for following the rules of WhatsApp, social media and any other platform you use to share the Invitation, including rules against spam and bulk messaging.
Part H. Guests, RSVPs and data
35. RSVPs and guest data
- RSVP replies are shown in your Manage link or, for some Custom Invitations, sent to a Google Sheet that we set up for you.
- You decide who is invited and you are responsible for how you use your Guests’ information. Use it only for your event, keep it safe and do not sell or share it.
- If RSVP replies are collected in a Google Sheet or other account that belongs to you, keeping that account and its data safe is your responsibility.
- RSVP numbers depend on what Guests enter. We do not guarantee that every Guest will reply, or reply accurately, and we are not responsible for catering, seating, venue or other arrangements based on RSVP numbers.
- Please download or copy your RSVP list well before the end of the hosting period in section 38.
36. Privacy
We handle the personal data of Hosts and Guests as described in our Privacy Policy, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws.
Part I. Hosting, links and technology
37. Your link, subdomain and domain
- Your Invitation is published on a link on our domain, for example a page on www.artgrafy.com or a personalised subdomain such as yournames.www.artgrafy.com. The link and domain remain our property and are provided to you for the hosting period. We may change the technical address of an Invitation if needed, and will redirect the old link where possible.
- If you ask us to connect your own domain name, you must buy and renew it yourself and are responsible for its cost, renewal and settings. We are not responsible if your domain expires or its settings are changed by you or anyone else.
38. Hosting period
- There are no subscriptions or recurring fees: you pay once per event. We keep your Invitation online for at least 12 months after your Event date.
- After that period we may take the Invitation offline and delete it, its RSVPs and Your Content without further notice, unless you ask us to extend hosting before it ends. Extended hosting may involve a fee.
- If your Event date is changed to a date more than 12 months after your order, please tell us so we can keep the Invitation online until then.
39. Availability and backups
We aim to keep your Invitation available at all times and keep regular backups, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free availability. Short interruptions may happen for maintenance, updates, security reasons, or reasons beyond our control such as internet, power, hosting or network outages. If your Invitation goes offline because of a fault on our side, we will restore it as quickly as we reasonably can.
40. Devices, browsers and apps
- Invitations are designed for current versions of popular mobile and desktop browsers, including Chrome, Safari, Samsung Internet, Edge and Firefox.
- Some features may look or work differently on very old devices or browsers, in power saving or data saving modes, inside some in app browsers, or on slow networks.
- Many phones and browsers block music and video from playing automatically, so Guests may need to tap to start them. This is a device setting, not a fault.
- Link previews shown by WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and other apps are created by those apps and may take time to update after a change.
41. Third party services
Invitations and the Website use services provided by other companies, such as Google Maps, Google Sheets, Google Translate, Google Fonts, WhatsApp, our payment partner and our hosting, email and database providers. These services have their own terms and privacy policies, and may change, limit or stop their services without notice. We will do our best to keep your Invitation working, but we are not responsible for any problem, loss, delay, data handling or change caused by a third party service, including map locations, translations, link previews or payment processing.
42. Website content and links
Blog articles, guides, wording ideas and other information on the Website are for general information only and are not professional advice. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we do not control and are not responsible for their content.
Part J. Ownership
43. Our intellectual property
The Website, our name and logo, and all designs, templates, layouts, illustrations, animations, code, text, graphics and other material we create, including the design created or customised for your event and the code of any Custom Invitation, are owned by Art Grafy or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Your own photos and personal content remain yours.
44. Your licence to use the Invitation
We grant you a personal, limited, non exclusive and non transferable licence to use and share your finished Invitation for your own event during the hosting period. You may not copy, download, modify, resell, rent, sub licence or reuse our designs or code for other events or other people, or remove our credit from the Invitation. The source code and design files of an Invitation are not handed over unless we agree to it in writing, which may involve an extra fee.
45. Samples and reuse of designs
Because every Invitation is built from our own designs, we may reuse, adapt and offer the design made for you as a template to other customers, and show your finished Invitation as a sample or live demo on our website, in our catalogue and on social media, as explained in section 7 of our Privacy Policy. You agree to this when you place your order. You can ask us at any time to remove your personal details from a sample, and we will do so within 7 days. We never show your phone number, email, payment details, Manage link or your Guests’ RSVPs and messages. A design similar to yours being used for another customer is not a breach of these Terms.
46. Reviews and feedback
- If you send us a review, rating, message, video or photo about our Service, you allow us to publish it on our website and social media with your first name and city or event name. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
- Reviews you post anywhere must be honest, about your own experience, and must not contain false statements, abusive language or other people’s personal information.
- Suggestions and feedback you give us may be used to improve our Service without any payment or obligation to you.
Part K. Responsibility and liability
47. Disclaimer
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Service and the Website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not give any other promise or warranty, including that the Service will meet every personal expectation, that every Guest will open, read or reply to the Invitation, or that the Invitation will work on every device. Nothing in this section affects any right you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
48. Limitation of liability
We take great care with every Invitation. To the extent permitted by law:
- we are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information you provided or approved, by how the link is shared or used, by Guests, by third party services, or by events beyond our reasonable control;
- we are not liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss, such as missed attendance, venue, catering, travel or decoration costs, loss of reputation, emotional distress or loss of enjoyment;
- our total liability for all claims relating to any order is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that order.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
49. Indemnity
You agree to compensate and hold harmless Art Grafy, its owners, staff and partners from any claim, complaint, notice, penalty, loss, damage or cost (including reasonable legal fees) made by any third party or authority that arises from Your Content, from your use or sharing of the Invitation, from your use of your Guests’ data, or from your breach of these Terms or of any law or anyone else’s rights.
50. Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, epidemics, illness, fire, war, riots, strikes, government orders, internet shutdowns, power failures, cyber attacks, and failures of hosting, payment, telecom or other third party providers. We will tell you as soon as reasonably possible and complete your order when we can, or refund any amount for work not done if we cannot.
Part L. Suspension, termination and changes
51. Suspension and removal
We may suspend or remove an Invitation, refuse or cancel an order, or block access to the Website, if: payment is not completed or is reversed; these Terms are broken; we receive a court order, government request or valid legal, privacy or copyright complaint; we suspect fraud, abuse or a security risk; or the Invitation is used in a way that could harm Guests, us or others. Where possible we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. Where the fault is ours, we will refund you as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
52. Cooperation with authorities
We will cooperate with law enforcement and government agencies as required by law, and may preserve and disclose records relating to an order, an Invitation or its use when we are legally required to, or when we believe in good faith that it is necessary to prevent fraud, protect Guests or protect our rights.
53. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may improve, change or stop any design, feature or plan at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the latest version is always published on this page with its “last updated” date. The version published on the Website when you placed your order applies to that order, except that changes required by law apply from when they take effect.
Part M. Complaints and disputes
54. How to raise a concern
We want every customer to be happy, and almost every problem can be solved with a quick message. If you are not satisfied, please follow these steps:
- Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 9875083317 or by email at hiartgrafy@gmail.com with your order number, a clear description of the issue and any screenshots. We usually reply within one working day.
- If the issue is not resolved, write to our Grievance Officer (section 55).
- If it is still not resolved, both of us agree to try in good faith to settle it through discussion or mediation before going to any court or forum.
You agree to give us a fair chance to resolve any concern through these steps before raising a chargeback, posting a public complaint or approaching any authority. This does not take away any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law.
55. Grievance Officer
In line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, our Grievance Officer can be contacted at:
- Art Grafy, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India
- Email: hiartgrafy@gmail.com
- Phone / WhatsApp: +91 9875083317
We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month of receiving it.
56. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute relating to them or to the Service are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under consumer protection law, the courts at Ahmedabad have exclusive jurisdiction.
Part N. General
57. Notices and communication
- By placing an order you agree that we may contact you about your order by WhatsApp, phone, SMS or email, using the details you gave us, and that messages sent to those details are validly delivered. Please keep them up to date.
- Notices to us must be sent to hiartgrafy@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 9875083317.
- We will only send you offers if you agree, and you can opt out at any time.
- Please communicate with our team respectfully. We may stop working on an order if our team is abused or threatened.
58. Records
We keep records of orders, payments, acceptance of these Terms, instructions, approvals, changes and conversations for as long as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes and meet legal requirements. You agree that these records may be used as evidence in any dispute.
59. Entire agreement
The documents listed in section 2 are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service and replace any earlier discussion or understanding. Nothing said by anyone on our behalf changes these Terms unless it is confirmed in writing by us.
60. Other legal terms
- Severability: if any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be applied to the greatest extent allowed and the rest remains in force.
- No waiver: if we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- Transfer: you may not transfer your order or these Terms to anyone else without our written consent. We may transfer our rights and duties to another business that takes over our Service, and your rights will not be reduced.
- Independent parties: nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency or employment relationship between you and us.
- Survival: sections about payment, ownership, your responsibilities, liability, indemnity, records and disputes continue to apply after your order is completed or ends.
- Headings and language: headings are for convenience only. These Terms are written in English; if they are translated (for example by the Website’s language menu), the English version applies.
